After a utility company installed an underground pipe through the homeowner's patio, the existing polymeric sand was disturbed, leaving the paver surface looking unfinished and vulnerable to movement. At the same time, the homeowner had an ongoing problem establishing grass in a difficult corner of the yard where previous seeding attempts had repeatedly failed due to erosion and washout. They contacted OAK Outdoors to restore both areas using proven installation methods that would deliver lasting results.

Our team removed all remaining polymeric sand and installed a fresh, color-matched polymeric sand that complements the home's pavers and surrounding materials while restoring stability to the patio. We then addressed the lawn by installing premium Turf Type Tall Fescue seed and protecting the area with burlap erosion control to improve seed-to-soil contact, retain moisture, and prevent future washout.
