The Revival Project in Oklahoma City

This Warr Acres homeowner wanted to replace a large area of outdated river rock, landscape fabric, and scattered flagstone with a more attractive and functional lawn. Over time, the existing materials had made the space feel cluttered and uninviting while limiting how the backyard could be used. Their goal was to create a cleaner, greener landscape that would improve curb appeal and provide a more enjoyable outdoor environment.

Our team removed and disposed of more than 4,000 pounds of river rock, landscape fabric, and flagstone before preparing the site for new turf. After grading the area, we installed fresh Bermuda sod, selected for its durability and performance in Oklahoma's climate. To ensure successful establishment, we also installed a temporary irrigation system to provide consistent moisture during the rooting process. The result is a dramatic transformation from a dated, high-maintenance space into a lush, inviting lawn that enhances both the appearance and functionality of the property.
